HUMAN RIGHTS AND COMMITMENT STATEMENT
AFS believes that companies have a responsibility to respect human rights in all their activities. We want to make a positive contribution to the implementation of human rights and the well-being of people. We want to be a role model for safe and responsible action, live up to our social responsibility and act as a reliable partner for everyone. AFS is aware of its responsibility as part of the global community and wants to shape the future in a responsible way.
AFS is committed to respecting human rights throughout its value chain and expects the same from its customers, suppliers, business partners and employees.
DISCRIMINATION
We expressly oppose any kind of discrimination, racism, unequal treatment and anti-constitutional activities. We expect standards of fair work and strict compliance with applicable rules and regulations not only
from ourselves but also from our suppliers and partners. AFS embraces diversity, where everyone is free to express their opinions and where different perspectives, attitudes and traits are valued and respected.
CHILD LABOUR
Any kind of child labour and/or exploitative behaviour will not be tolerated by AFS. We also expect this of our customers, suppliers and business partners. AFS constantly monitors its supply chains and takes immediate action if products in our supply chains are suspected of involving child labour or exploitative practices.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We are aware of our social responsibility and regularly support social projects. Donations instead of gifts. We forgo giving gifts to customers and instead donate to social or charitable associations or institutions.
SUSTAINABILITY, CLIMATE NEUTRALITY
AFS products help reduce environmental pollution and airborne contaminants at the workplace and in indoor environments. However, we believe that environmental protection and responsible action begin right at the production stage.
We are committed to acting in the most resource-conserving and climate-neutral way we can. That is why we avoid long supply chains and unnecessary transport routes. The main components of our air purification units all come from regional suppliers. In our air purification units we install state-of-the-art fans that comply with applicable standards and regulations on energy efficiency. Pressure losses in our units, systems and filters are reduced to a minimum.
